You know, the one that will accompany the new stadium that we're collectively paying $850 million for?

The one that elected officials say will keep the team here for the next 30 years? That is ironclad?

Well, not exactly.

And there's other issues...namely, ones considering the apparent health concerns of the Bills' owners.

Everybody knows the owners are dealing with issues away from the field.
