I HATE hearing about a player getting injured in practice. The only thing worse is when it happens in preseason. Hopefully it won't be a "lingering" injury.

i hope it's nothing serious.375 pounds is a lot of weight for a sore knee.

It's a lot of weight for healthy knees

Right tackle Mike Williams resumed practicing with the Buffalo Bills Friday, a day after slightly hyperextending his left knee.

Williams, the fourth player selected in last April's draft, is listed as probable to play Sunday's game at Denver. Left tackle Jonas Jennings also returned to the field after leg cramps forced him to miss part of Thursday's practice.

Being it was something as important as a practice, maybe they could have made him do one legged drills jumping up and down on the bad leg.
God, let the man rest will ya Vinny.
