The survey of NFL professionals continues, now moving to the offense.

More Bills players are honored by NFL professionals with ESPN’s survey for each position.

Added to Matt Milano and Von Miller ranked in the top 10, Tre’ White, Poyer and Hyde with honorable mention, Dawson Knox is ranked #10 among all TE’s in the NFL

Execs, coaches, scouts rank NFL's top 10 TE’s for 2023 (https://www.espn.com/nfl/insider/insider/story/_/id/37773515/ranking-nfl-top-10-tight-ends-2023-execs-coaches-scouts-make-their-picks-best-game)

10. Dawson Knox (https://www.espn.com/nfl/player/_/id/3930086/dawson-knox), Buffalo Bills (https://www.espn.com/nfl/team/_/name/buf/buffalo-bills)

Highest ranking: 5 | Lowest ranking: Unranked
Age: 26 | Last year's ranking: 9

Knox has graduated from role player in his first two years to Pro Bowl tight end and two-time recipient of a ranking in our top-10 series.

His 15 touchdown receptions over the past two seasons rank third among tight ends, behind Kelce (21) and Kittle (17).

"Becoming more consistent as a pass-catcher and overall feel for the game," an AFC executive said. "Has improved each year."

Buffalo's tight end plans have come into focus with the drafting of first-rounder Dalton Kincaid (https://www.espn.com/nfl/player/_/id/4385690/dalton-kincaid). The Bills used 12 personnel (one running back, two tight ends) on 3.6% of their offensive snaps last season, the lowest mark in the league. That should change this year, with Knox and Kincaid forming a potent duo.

Congratulation Dawson. Recognition that is richly deserved.

Hopefully Dalton Kincaid surpasses the lofty expectations and he is included in next years list.

Would be great to have what the Pats did with Gronk and Hernandez…minus the partying and murder preferably.

So he dropped a spot? Must be William in the ticket office liked him better last year than Marci in accounting this year.

Or all the players that vote have a grudge and perhaps Knox has a hygiene issue irking a voting towel attendant

If Dorsey could get his head out of his butt, maybe, just maybe both Knox and Kincaid could be offensive threats.

Knox has done nothing in his NFL career to merit being called top 10 by anyone. Fact.

Takes one, to know one. Fact.

That’s a pretty sad list of “Top TE’s”. It’s basically Kelce, Kittle, and then bunch of random guys.

Andrews is very good.

The TE position is pretty similar to RBs, a couple of game-changing studs in a pack of non-irreplaceables.

He’s nowhere near Kittle or Kelce.

He’s nowhere near Kittle or Kelce.

He's out-performed Kittle over the last three seasons. Kelce is a class by himself.

You agree with the NFL experts

For the past three years, the tight end conversation started with one simple question: Travis Kelce (https://www.espn.com/nfl/player/_/id/15847/travis-kelce) or George Kittle (https://www.espn.com/nfl/player/_/id/3040151/george-kittle)?

And from 2020 to 2022, the voting for the best tight end was incredibly close. Kelce was the Ferrari route runner with plenty of tread on the tires. Kittle was the off-road Hummer with hybrid sensibilities.

This year's voting was not at all close, marking a rare style of victory for this exercise: A 33-year-old at a skill position dominating the process.

Let's look at some of the game's top tight ends as ranked by execs, coaches, scouts and players around the NFL. The class includes mostly familiar faces, and a few new ones who made the cut.

Also telling is the highest vote received by each and the lowest. That illustrates consensus.

Kelce – highest ranking - #1, lowest ranking - #3

Kittle - highest ranking - #1, lowest ranking - #4

Andrews - highest ranking - #2, lowest ranking – OUT OF TOP 10.

Goedert - highest ranking - #1, lowest ranking - #7

Waller - highest ranking - #3, lowest ranking - #9

All the rest of the top 10 had lowest ranking – “Unranked”
