I'm really concerned with our MLB position. We didn't address it with any dire urgency and I'm afraid teams will thrash us up the middle, and not because Edmunds isn't there. We need some size in the middle and are vulnerable against the run game.

This game was already going to suck because it’s a night games and it’s a day later than everyone else gets to start and it’s on 9/11. And, I just found out that I have to be in DC for work the next day so I’ll have to leave the house at 6 am after staying up til 11:30 listening to 3 hours of:

I think the thing people are forgetting is that the Jets already have a good D. If their offense can be slightly above average, they’re a good team.

Jets fans are already planning their SB trip. It's the Jets. I just assume they'll **** up like they always do. We'll see. Until they prove differently I'm still more concerned about Miami.

I’m concerned about both, although I agree that Miami is the bigger issue.

Last year, before free agency, we were the ‘trending’ team

then we made the huge splash and signed von miller
omg. We are unstoppable

Miami doesn’t really worry me yet. Their OL is a mess and their back four are nothing to worry about. They should score a lot, but I’m not sure they’ll be there at the end of the year.

im merely pointing out that we ‘won’ the offseason last year and things didn’t turn out for the Lombardi like so many projected. Many horrible things happened.

the jets and the fins have made big splashes this off-season. I’m merely pointing out some of the similarities between our situation last year and then this year. And yes I realize it isn’t the exact same scenario. Quit being obtuse

The extenuating circumstances of our tumultuous season pretty much make the attempted comparison null.

Not that it matters much, there are countless examples of teams winning the off-season and then winning diddly.

I’m not saying the Jets or Fish are going to get the Lombardi. I’m saying they can hand us an extra loss or two that will **** up the season.
