I think it absolutely should be like that, but there will be no pressure to make a change if we make the playoffs. He may be on a hot seat heading into next season, but any postseason birth will allow him to keep his job.

Will Allen ever learn, or has he plateaued?

He isn’t good in close games. When things aren’t going perfect, he always regresses to hero hall and tries to do it all himself.

It’s like he’s so used to being on untalented teams in his past that he doesn’t trust the players around him. And that’s weird because the Bills have some talent. I don’t have the confidence that some do, but there are other talented players besides him. He can’t seem to get over his past.

Josh Allen plays the game like Brett Favre used to play, like a gunslinger. The downside is that Allen, like Favre, gives opposing defenses multiple opportunities to intercept him. At times he will just throw the ball, pressure or no pressure, and try to fit the ball through tight windows. Allen just needs to be more patient and be willing to take what opposing defenses going to give him.
