Besides Josh who has he drafted who's a difference maker on this team? He's lived off the JA pick long enough. He should be on the hot seat with McD.

Been saying this for a while now...but when you draft a franchise QB it does buy you a pass and a lot of time.

He also,traded a first for Diggs which was technically use of a #1

Think of it this way:

Your first rounders really need to step in and contribute their first year.

On that he's about 50/50.

But your nucleus of your team is built with your seconds, your thirds, and your fourths. (your Reeds, your Smerlases, etc)

Don't really know what that percentage is, but it's not looking too good at the moment.

It pains me when I watch Jeffrey Simmons, Christian Wilkins, and Dexter Lawrence play. Especially knowing Beane had the pick of the DT litter, and he goes with Oliver. Edmunds/Elam/AJ/Boogie/Ford; Beane loves his projects too much.

Ignoring the offensive line when you have a young star QB can be a fireable offense, in my opinion. The Epenesa pick followed up by taking Basham was just brutal in regards to this team's development.
