If cut next offseason post June 1

his 14.4 million has only 3.9 dead space… 10.5 frees up

I hope that happens. Dawson Knox blows.

The occasional circus catch isn't gonna be enough anymore.

At least Ed Oliver made that draft somewhat ok.

Welp he’s having surgery on his wrist now so he’s gone now too. This team is snake bit with injuries year after year.

Good news it’s the part of the wrist that makes the hand able to reflexively catch a ball when it is hit. This is awesome news for the future.

Best wishes to him for a speedy recovery.

As for his position, looks like Kincaid will get an official promotion to TE1.

They’ll likely be signing someone off the street as well with Morris injured and maybe start running more 11 personnel again?

This does not help us. We now have zero blocking TEs. Although I suppose maybe this means we ditch that stupid 12 personnel experiment and get back to the three WR sets that made this offense scary

That will be the likely result.

They may be forced to bring up Joel Wilson from the practice squad. He is 6'4", 250 pounds and looked like a decent prospect in preseason.

Contract was bad. Then, having done it, them not using him more looks stupid.

The contract was because he was Allen's buddy, nothing more.

Blocking any good?

The scouting reports describe him as a "willing" blocker meaning that he has some work to do in that part of his game.

He was having a really good season last year in college before he got injured. He had 4 catches in pre-season, a couple were good plays.
