Mcdermott looks less and less comfortable while in these interviews IMO, he has to be feeling the chair at least warming.

There can't be anyone that isn't on board for firing Dorsey, can there?

I've seen enough. I was willing to give him last year, and even this year, but his tendencies don't change. His situational play calling has cost this team dearly, on multiple occasions.

Dorsey’s offense has basically 4 pass plays with receiver 2-3 deciding in or out depending on defender.

Someone with creativity. Someone who takes the time to scheme. Someone who doesn't just assume that their offense is going to work against everyone.
