Good to see, at least, the players feel the same way that the fans do. The personnel is capable of winning, the coaching staff is failing. If they lose Monday or even struggle the team is going to implode. Players only meetings can have a very negative effect if nothing changes afterwards.

Wins the next two weeks won’t tell us much since they are home tilts against teams the Bills should slaughter on paper. Losses, however, tell us just how much the problems have metastasized, if it wasn’t obvious already.
