Jones' departure caps a rapid descent from promising defender to afterthought. He arrived in New England as a fourth-round pick in the 2022 draft out of Arizona State and made a name for himself as a bit of a ballhawk, intercepting two passes and returning one for a touchdown during his rookie season. He appeared in 13 games (two starts) in 2022 and was seen as a useful piece in New England's defense with plenty of potential entering 2023.

I saw this this morning. Wondered if the Bills could use the player as CB depth. Wondered why the Patriots dumped a recent draft pick mid-season. IDK. Will watch to see where he ends up.

I watched him recently and he seemed extremely dissatisfied with the Pats defense.

He wants to win and he has skills ..... if there's some other issue I'm not aware.

I would love to fit him in .... he can ball.

Normally I’m in the “just say no” camp when it comes to other teams’ trash, but we are so depleted at DB that it might be worth a shot.
