IMO if you pay your franchise QB 45-50 million dollars a year .... I'd pay a few more for a guy that loves this team and it's QB .... and would do nothing but be a positive force in advancing his career.

No, Fitz isn't a coach.
Besides that with his track record if he was on the sideline Allen would get hurt, we'd have to sign Fitz to the practice squad and he'd be starting by the end of the season.
