    Fire McDermott. NOW.

He has no business as HC in the NFL.

This team has no discipline and plays like ****ing cowards.

He a gutless little pussy ***** who is there to lose close games.

    Fire him. Now.

If there was 10 seconds left and nathan peterman was the opposing QB at his one yd line, id bet money that team wins. As soon as 2 minutes hits the clock, our defense becomes historically bad
Not here to be right, just here to have interesting discussions about my impulsive opinions

It's obvious now he should have been fired after 13 seconds. I'm rooting for losses the rest of the season. Terry needs to see what most of us see.

This is a very dumb team because they are lead by a dumb, gutless coach
        I came.
        I saw.
        I conquered.

i agree he needs to go, but I do not see ANY way they let him go until after 2024. I'd be shocked if he's not here another full year as much as that pains me

I don’t give a **** that they gave him a stupidly timed extension.

When you KNOW the coach is trash, you fire them.

As of today I agree with you. However, if the train totally derails the rest of the season that could change.

Sad but true...he'll talk to Pegula with enthusiasm, point out injuries, state they need to run the ball for complementary football, explain how they learned something from the game, and say it's a process figuring Pegula forgot how long the process has been going, and he's going to come out for another year because this is about as much success under an HC that Pegula has experienced as long as he really learned something, and he did, honest.

I’m done with him. Absolute garbage. They will never win with him as head coach.

He shouldn’t be allowed on the team plane back to Buffalo, but we are stuck with him, unfortunately

If Beane had any balls he’d demand it. He has given them good players and McD finds way to make the team lose.

They can fire him, but lets be real, the players came up short in big spots. Drops, missed fgs, blocked fgs, a lot of this is on the players man. They just implode. Can a new coach turn it around, yeah, maybe, but at the end of the day, some of these players just keep coming up short. When we need a play made they just **** it up.

So you're saying he stays if Pegula is a sucker and believes all that trash?

This. We’re too good a team to keep losing. The Jets, Broncos, Patriots losses. BS.
My faith doesn’t make me perfect, it makes me forgiven.

There's plenty of players that can go with him. He can take him to his next job as Jets HC.
