Details surrounding the investigation were not disclosed by authorities, and Miller remained on the Broncos team for that upcoming season.

I am unaware of the laws in Texas, but is it a state where you are automatically charged with domestic battery if the cops are called and they see any type of proof?

I'm not saying he's innocent, or guilty, but I will wait and hope that it's untrue. If it is true, The Bills need to cut ties.
