He's an instant 23 million cap hit on release through 2024. They can't void the money they already paid him that they haven't accounted for on their cap.

He can stay on the roster but just not play. He's hasn't contributed much anyway.

It's the only way to go. The league will no doubt address him, they void the future bonus money, and the Bills will eat his 17 mil salary toward the 23 mil making him cost only 6 to release in 2025.

My mom and gram taught me emphatically, you get into that bad an argument where you can see laying hands on your lady, or think she might do something, there's nothing to prove, walk away and get out of there. That's what you do. Never had an issue with it.
