Bills-Patriots game remains at 1 p.m. for New Year’s Eve
The Buffalo Bills’ game against the New England Patriots on Dec. 31 at Highmark Stadium will remain with a 1 p.m. kickoff, the NFL announced Thursday.
The league said there would be no changes to the schedule for Week 17. The Bills-Patriots game will air on CBS locally.
The Miami Dolphins game against the Baltimore Ravens also will remain at 1 p.m. The Bills are at Miami in Week 18 (time TBA), potentially with the AFC East crown at stake.
The NFL could have moved Dolphins-Ravens into the 4:25 p.m. window and swapped Kansas City vs. Cincinnati to the 1 p.m. window, but opted against that, meaning Dolphins-Ravens will be the main game for TV viewers nationally at 1 p.m.
