The Bills have some roster decisions to make this week and/or soon after. This is a longer post that details those and some operational procedures that go along with all of it, and more. Hoping it clears some stuff up for everyone:

They have five corners healthy and active, six if you count Neal (which I don't), plus five on the practice squad, some with Buffalo experience (Josh Norman, Jamarcus Ingram), so I would guess Elam gets IR'd for the year.

Probably wait a week for Jones, keep him healthy for Miami and the playoffs. Shorter most likely won't play, IR him for the year also.

The rest, like Fournette and Phillips, aren't time sensitive so whatever. Nice to know Lenny is available from here out, though.

If I had to guess I think Jones gets another week off and then activated, either taking the spot of a new injury or Ifedi

DaQuan Jones was a full participant at practice today. I'd like to see him get some reps and play before the Miami game if he's good to go.

I saw Elam’s on the 53. Wouldn’t mind both he and Daquan see some live fire Sunday against our worst remaining opponent this season.
