    Balls and Goats

    Balls

    Douglas..............Beane stole him.

    Oliver.............He's a force.

Bernard.............what a pleasant surprise he has been!

    Goats

Josh Allen.................I don't want to hear he's a gunslinger like Favre anymore. He's a dumb fool who keeps making the same mistake every freaking game. Great talent but he's dumb.

    Sherfield and Harty.....................terrible signings.

McDermott...............Who else is to blame for the team never being ready to play an inferior opponent?

    Re: Balls and Goats

the whining a complaining in this fanbase about a winning team is so tiresome. I remember all 20 years of that drought... every last season... from gregg williams and his coward punts and empty bravado, sexy rexy and his nonsense... every awful gm, every terrible draft pick. How crazy we can finish the season like this and we get nothing but whingeing from the fans for the last 2 weeks.

The defense were champs today, especially Douglas (what an acquisition) and Ed Oliver, dude was a stud
The offense did it's job, even with a bad game from JA, we still punched it in and ate up the last 4-5 minutes of the game for the win.

Balls all around for the new years and playing for the division next week. This year was a mess, but you gotta make the playoffs to have a shot at the bowl. I'll take it, save the bellyaching if we lose after the fins and somehow don't get into the playoffs...
My wife told me that if I had a dollar for every girl who found me unattractive, girls would find me VERY attractive.

    MY WIFE SAID THAT!!!

      Ball:
Belichick’s Defense. We despise him but we must respect him. That D is real.

      Goats:
      Josh “broken record” Allen
      Harty/Sherfield
middle of the OL. Mostly Morse/Mcgovern. You were exposed

all you do is cry all week every week. They have won 5 out of 6 games but here you are again hysterically crying. Grow a pair.

                Bernard was special today:

                8 solo tackles
                2 assisted tackles
                2 sacks
                3 tackles for a loss
                3 QB hits

                Those are all-pro numbers.

                  BALLS:

                  Douglas, for the int return.

Shakir. Came through big on a couple third downs when things weren't working.

                  GOAts:

                  Allen: Flat out stunk.

                  Cook: Went nowhere because...

Brady: Called a Dorseyesque game, which defied football logic, and did not play to anybody's strengths. In fact, he played to their weaknesses.

McDernott: Team was not ready to play, despite having an extra day to prepare. I said it in the game day thread: There's a reason Belichek has eight Super Bowl rings, and Opie never even gets a mention for Coach of the year. You saw it today. Belichek's teams always give 110% effort, even while undermanned, in a road loss. Opie can't even motivate his team at home in the playoffs.

Do you really want to see this team in the playoffs?

                  They're going to get waxed.

Perhaps if they had been eliminated today, actual changes might happen.....like hiring real offensive and defensive coordinators.

Balls - Douglas, Oliver, and Bernard.... and McD for the defense.

Goats - Josh (stunk), Brady (stunk)... and McD for the offense.

The only thing worth mentioning here is Douglas, Bernard and Oliver. Those 3 carried the team today.

Balls to Douglas (should be defensive player of the week), Oliver, Bernard and TJohnson.

The entire defense played well for the most part, although they let up again after getting a decent lead and kind of leveled off. I'd love to see a dominating full game from these guys sometime instead quarter flashes of brilliance.

The offense and special teams sucked. Dropped balls, missed blocks, Josh's head is still up his ass, who knows what's in Diggs' head right now and the special teams coach should be gone sooner rather than later.

I’m 99% sure Diggs is battling some kind of nagging injury.

The O-line was not great today at all

Murray sucked. If you can’t catch a wide open 2 yard first down, bring in Lenny.

                          This offense is so puzzling
