Patriots Perspective
Craig Natale

The Superbowl Champion Patriots traveled to NY to face the division arch rival Jets in what was supposed to be a rain drenched, low scoring, knock em down, drag 'em out affair.

Well, it did rain and the Patriots did in fact knock the Jets down and drag them through the Meadowlands mud. For the 5th consecutive week, the Pats (winners of a franchise record 11 in a row) played the role of underdog and dominated the Jets in every phase of the game.

With a 44-7 thrashing of the Jets, the Patriots have now had the most lopsided wins to start their season, than any other previous Super Bowl Champion. The verdict? They are actually getting better each week. .......

Dolphin Perspective
Hey Zoners...congrats on the win last week. It was a great game!

Weekly rants from the resident Phins fan.

OK. This is the game we Dolphin fans have been waiting for. Everyone knows the Jets have an 8 game streak on us. People say that they are in our heads and that the mental miscues cost us the game. Well to be honest...the Miami offense is the most balanced I have ever seen. We run and pass with effeciency, and most importantly, we put points on the board. I feel the defense will have to contain Curtis Martin for us to win. If he gets going like Edge did in Indy...we lose. If ever the streak ends...this is the week it happens. We have all the advantages. We are at home, the offense is hitting on all cylinders, and the defense is playing well. Bottomline...Streak ends.

Nice. Cool to see the opponents views...even though they are obviously wrong. :D
