He was a great draft pick. He's under contract for one more year with a $12.4 mil cap hit. I'd like to see the Bills extend him this offseason and bring that cap number down at the same time.

They already restructured his deal which is why his 2024 cap hit is so high. It also wouldn't make sense to cut him since we'd be taking on a $4.7 mil dead cap hit for a 27 year old in his prime. I'm certain they'll extend him, but it will be interesting to see what his next deal looks like. His last deal was 3 years for $24 mil. I would imagine another 3-4 year deal with a pay bump, but they'll be able to bring that 2024 number down.
