    McDermott stays…unless Bill Belichick

    If they can get Bill, they need to do it. Get a deal in place before you fire McDermott.

            Get a new STs coach and see if there's some genius assistant offensive coach to become OC. Although to be fair Brady had to take over Dorsey's playbook.
