Every once in a while an athlete comes among that redefines a sport… Josh Allen is that guy. He has the size, power, speed, arm strength and overall competitive edge. He’s at this time the future of football.
Yes he’s hasn’t won it yet, but this is normal for talent like his. He needs to transition from superstar to serial winner…
Look back at Michael Jordan’s career, was eliminated from the playoffs his first 6 seasons, the rest is history. Lebron didn’t win his first 8 seasons.
Sometimes it takes such elite talents more time to figure out the winning.
Today Allen missed 2-3 key throws trying to hit bigger plays we didn’t need. Biggest one to Diggs over the middle instead going to Shakir in the end zone. He’ll learn from that and when he does the league won’t be able to stop him.
Allen is close and this team is close. Keep as much as you can the same, add a star WR and an athletic safety and we should be good.
