Leonard Floyd “I’ll always go where the money goes”

“For me I’m always going where the money goes. I’d rather be here, but it is what it is. It’s a business. I’m gonna go wherever my agent feels like we get the most the most money from,” Floyd said, via theRochester Democrat & Chronicle.

It’s highly unlikely the team that offers Floyd the most money will be the Bills, who are about $50 million over the salary cap for 2024. The Bills will make the necessary moves to get under the cap, but they won’t have a lot of money to keep Floyd, who led the team with 10.5 sacks in 2023. Some other team with more cap space will make Floyd an offer that the Bills can’t match.

We shall have no Floyd next season. My best to him, he can play.

He was effective for most of his visit.

That was strange ..... was he asked to do something differently due to all the injuries ..... because he was absolutely invisible.

He started great then fizzled. He was MIA just like Von for the second half of this year.

Floyd was really only here because they knew most (as it turns out all) of this year would be a struggle for Von. If Von doesn’t get back to being himself next year then it’s whole other issue. But Floyd likely wasn’t part of the plan past this year anyway.

Overpayment is the allure of playing in Buffalo, unfortunately.

I'm hoping that with an offseason to continue recovering from his injury, Von Miller can again be a factor next season. That would mitigate the loss of Floyd.
I've made up my mind. Don't confuse me with the facts.

I'm the most reasonable poster here. If you don't agree, I'll be forced to have a hissy fit.
