1. https://walterfootball.com/college/OhioState_logo.gif Marvin Harrison Jr.* (https://walterfootball.com/scoutingreport2024MHarrison.php), WR, Ohio State
Height: 6-4. Weight: 205.
Projected 40 Time: 4.49.
Projected Round (2024): Top-10.

1/27/24: In 2023, Harrison totaled 67 receptions for 1,211 yards and 14 touchdowns. He gave proof that he is a future No. 1 receiver with excellent size, speed, ball skills, instincts, and mismatch ability. Harrison runs routes like a smaller receiver, and he obviously learned a lot from his Hall of Fame father. However, the younger Harrison is much bigger than his father and is more like a A.J. Green- or CeeDee Lamb-type receiver for the next level. Team sources have said Harrison graded as a high first-round pick, but he did not grade out as high as Calvin Johnson or Andre Johnson did.
9/2/23: Harrison broke out in 2022 as a sophomore, recording 77 receptions for 1,263 yards and 14 touchdowns. He provided a dynamic mismatch weapon for C.J. Stroud. While Harrison has excellent height and length, he also has the speed to get downfield. Harrison runs routes like a smaller receiver, and he obviously learned a lot from his Hall of Fame father.

2. https://walterfootball.com/college/LSU_logo.gif Malik Nabers* (https://walterfootball.com/scoutingreport2024MNabers.php), WR, LSU
Height: 6-0. Weight: 195.
Projected 40 Time: 4.51.
Projected Round (2024): 1-2.

1/27/24: Nabers turned 89 catches into 1,546 yards and 14 touchdowns during 2023. He showed dynamic route-running, quickness, and big-play ability. Team sources said Nabers is put together well and has natural receiving ability. Some think he could be a really good slot receiver in NFL, and Nabers also could line up on the outside.
9/2/23: While Kayshon Boutte was supposed to be LSU’s No. 1 receiver in 2022, Nabers out played Boutte and was a steady contributor for Jayden Daniels. Nabers caught 72 passes for 1,017 yards and three touchdowns on the year. He has decent size and played tough for LSU.

3. https://walterfootball.com/college/Washington_logo.gif Rome Odunze* (https://walterfootball.com/scoutingreport2024ROdunze.php), WR, Washington
Height: 6-3. Weight: 201.
Projected 40 Time: 4.53.
Projected Round (2024): 1-2.

1/27/24: In 2023, Odunze recorded 87 catches for 1,640 yards and 13 touchdowns. He made a ton of clutch catches, using his size to be a dangerous weapon on the sideline. Odunze is phenomenal at working back-shoulder passes and has the size to box out corners. Additionally, Odunze is very skilled at making contested catches. Some team sources are concerned whether Odunze is fast enough to be able to separate from NFL cornerbacks.
9/2/23: With Michael Penix at quarterback in 2022, Odunze broke out for Washington, recording 75 receptions for 1,145 yards and seven touchdowns. Odunze already has quality size, but if he shows the speed to separate against NFL-caliber cornerbacks, he could be a riser for the 2024 NFL Draft.

4. https://walterfootball.com/college/LSU_logo.gif Brian Thomas Jr.*, WR, LSU
Height: 6-4. Weight: 205.
Projected 40 Time: 4.47.
Projected Round (2024): 1-2.

1/27/24: In terms of size, speed, athleticism and upside, Thomas is probably second only to Marvin Harrison Jr. among the wide receiver prospects for the 2024 NFL Draft. In 2023, he recorded 68 catches for 1,177 yards and 17 touchdowns. The 6-foot-4, 205-pound Thomas has mismatch size and is a fast wideout with the ability to challenge teams vertically. However, he lacks toughness, doesn’t run good routes, has dropped passes, and plays “finesse” for a big receiver. Thomas needs development time at the next level.

5. https://walterfootball.com/college/FloridaState_logo.gif Keon Coleman*, WR, Florida State
Height: 6-4. Weight: 215.
Projected 40 Time: 4.51.
Projected Round (2024): 1-2.

1/27/24: In 2023, Coleman totaled 50 catches of 658 yards and 11 touchdowns. The 6-foot-4, 215-pounder has good size with quickness, athleticism, and excellent ball skills. In 2022 for Michigan State, he recorded 58 receptions for 798 yards and seven touchdowns while playing. Coleman opened the 2023 season, and his career as a Seminole, with a monster game of nine catches for 122 yards and three touchdowns versus LSU. Coleman also got the better of a future NFL corner in Wake Forest’s Caelen Carson in their matchup.
Team sources have said Coleman moves well for a big wideout and presents size-mismatch problems. He could be a No. 1 receiver in the NFL.

6. https://walterfootball.com/college/Texas_logo.gif Xavier Worthy* (https://walterfootball.com/scoutingreport2024XWorthy.php), WR, Texas
Height: 6-1. Weight: 163.
Projected 40 Time: 4.44.
Projected Round (2024): 1-2.

1/27/24: Worthy notched 75 receptions in 2023 for 1,014 yards and five touchdowns. Some team sources believe Worthy will go in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft. While is he not big, he is fast, explosive, and very dangerous with the ball in his hands.
9/2/23: Worthy is a quick, shifty, undersized playmaker who can get open vertically and is a threat to score on any reception. Worthy had an impressive debut in 2021 with 62 catches for 981 yards and 12 touchdowns. In 2022, he had 60 receptions for 760 yards and nine scores. During both seasons, Worthy dealt with inconsistent quarterback play.

7. https://walterfootball.com/college/SouthCarolina_logo.gif Xaiver Legette, WR, South Carolina
Height: 6-3. Weight: 227.
Projected 40 Time: 4.49.
Projected Round (2024): 1-2.

1/27/24: According to team sources, they were impressed with Legette in 2023 and he was graded well by area scouts. Legette played well in games against North Carolina (9-178), Furman (6-118-1) and Georgia (7-71). After those three games, Legette already established career highs. In 2023, he totaled 71 receptions for 1,255 yards and seven touchdowns.
Legette has mismatch size and has shown that he has good speed for a big wideout. Legette could be a first-round pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.

8. https://walterfootball.com/college/Alabama_logo.gif Jermaine Burton, WR, Alabama
Height: 6-0. Weight: 200.
Projected 40 Time: 4.54.
Projected Round (2024): 1-2.

1/27/24: In 2023, Burton recorded 39 catches for 798 yards and eight touchdowns. He made some big plays for Alabama but went underutilized. While having a good build, Burton is very fast and an awesome separator. If it weren’t for character concerns, he would probably be a first-round pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.
9/2/23: Burton has been a solid rotational receiver for Alabama, but he has not been a game-changing playmaker. The Crimson Tide needed a No. 1 receiver to emerge as a replacement for Jameson Williams in 2022, but neither Burton nor his teammates were able to become that caliber of receiver. In 2022, Burton totaled 40 receptions for 677 yards and seven touchdowns. Without a big 2023 season, Burton might be graded as a pro backup by area scouts.

9. https://walterfootball.com/college/Texas_logo.gif Adonai Mitchell*, WR, Texas
Height: 6-4. Weight: 190.
Projected 40 Time: 4.54.
Projected Round (2024): 1-3.

1/27/24: In 2023, Mitchell totaled 55 catches for 845 yards and 11 touchdowns. He has a skill set for the pro game and upside to develop. The 6-foot-4, 196-pounder has mismatch size and length, including a large catch radius. Mitchell possesses some straight-line speed, but he lacks quick explosion and change-of-direction juice. Mitchell also needs to get stronger for the NFL. One can see why Mitchell was a top recruit at Georgia, and he was wise to transfer to Texas. Mitchell, however, could slide in the 2024 NFL Draft because NFL team sources have character and medical concerns around him.
9/2/23: Mitchell played at Georgia over his freshman and sophomore seasons, but he was limited in 2022, missing nine games with injury. Mitchell had only nine catches in 2022, but recorded 134 yards and three touchdowns. In 2021, he took 29 receptions for 426 yards and four scores. Mitchell transferred to Texas for 2023, and he could be poised for a big season with the Longhorns.

10. https://walterfootball.com/college/Washington_logo.gif Ja'Lynn Polk*, WR, Washington
Height: 6-2. Weight: 204.
Projected 40 Time: 4.49.
Projected Round (2024): 2-3.

1/27/24: Polk is sleeper receiver who went under the radar because of teammate Rome Odunze, but NFL sources really like Polk as a potential value pick. In 2023, Polk totaled 73 receptions for 1,191 yards and 10 touchdowns. He has quality size, speed and route-running. Polk would have been a No. 1 receiver at most schools.

11. https://walterfootball.com/college/Oregon_logo.gif Troy Franklin, WR, Oregon
Height: 6-3. Weight: 187.
Projected 40 Time: 4.44.
Projected Round (2024): 2-3.

1/27/24: Franklin was a reliable receiver for Bo Nix in 2023 and turned in a good season for the Ducks. In 2023, Franklin caught 81 passes for 1,383 yards and 14 touchdowns. He notched 61 catches for 891 yards and nine scores in 2022.
Franklin has height and is fast and explosive, but he is skinny. In the NFL, he could be a Robbie Chosen- – formerly Robbie Anderson – type receiver as a vertical deep threat, but also a wideout with some limitations. Multiple team sources said they had Franklin projected to Day 2 of the 2024 NFL Draft.
