I’ll always have a spot in my heart for Stefon Diggs

Josh Allen- I’ll always have a spot in my heart for Stefon Diggs - NBC Sports

For four years, Josh Allen and Stefon Diggs were one of the most effective quarterback-receiver duos in the league.

But now that partnership has ended, as the Bills traded Diggs to the Texans.

At Allen’s Thursday press conference — his first since the trade was executed — the quarterback noted that there have been plenty of changes this offseason for Buffalo, and he has to roll with them.

“I guess that’s the nature of the business,” Allen said. “And going into Year 7 now, it just kind of is what it is. I don’t get paid to make changes on the team, I get paid to be the best quarterback that I can be and try to lead the guys on this team.”

“It breaks your heart when someone leaves and you don’t know why.”

"It may be raining but there's a rainbow above you"

Former President Donald Trump early Thursday touted the results of a new NPR/PBSNewsHour/Marist poll showing him ahead of President Joe Biden by 8 percentage points among independents.

Diggs was great but time to move on. this move is a lot about next year and freeing up a lot of space to sign players. Tis year is getting younger and seeing how far they go.

This goes beyond the money issue though. Diggs was clearly rubbing the organization the wrong way to force this move, they were clearly tired of it.

Just wish we had never written that last contract with him.

I was a big Diggs supporter but he wore out his welcome with me. He's a big reason why Josh had success early on but also a big reason why we didn't get past the Chiefs. I can deal with aging physical ability in an athlete but a lot of his failure was because of his me first attitude.

Last half of the season was very unDiggs-like. Glad we got a two.
