    Antonio Brown danced too much!

he stopped doing what worked in the preseason.. catching the ball and flying up the field..

he danced around back there and tried to outrun everyone to the sidelines..

he actually lost yards on a few returns..

i hope he goes back to what works.

He was trying too hard- he has a high bar to live up to now!
Argue like hell. Keep it clean. And when it's over, shake hands and root for our team!

I love when the monday morning complaints are limited to Punt returns by a rookie!

He wasn't getting those initial blocks from the ST. At one point before he even caught the ball there were 3 Pats blocking his escape routes. None of them being handled by Bills blockers.

Let's not forget - he's not returning punts against the Raven's 60th through 80th players on the depth charts

Which means he has a lot of work to do to keep the job.

RedEye's right. The gunners were not being handled by our return team. They were all over him.
If we don't get this fixed, it could lead to some fumbling problems.
Other than the lask of pressure, for the most part, from our DE's, I thought it was the only other weakness.

I think he realized returning after the first unit special teams was alot harder then it was returning after the second units like he did alot in preseason.

I think he'll be good returned in the future, but it might take him a while to adjust.

I thought I saw NE change their punt coverage so that they had a couple of guys behind the line of scrimmage that took off down the middle of the field with no one from the Bills able to block them....they didn't rely on the gunners on the outside to get down there.

He did look nervous, there was poor blocking, it was real coverage...but if he gets any space at all, watch out. I think he was clocked in training camp with a 4.1 40. Speed Kills.

You know what I think happened...

I think the return that was called happened to be the opposite side to where it was punted each time. Like if the Bills called return right, the Pats happened to kick it left. You'll see him trying hard to get to the other side of the field.

The kid tried to make thing happen. I think he'll be alright.

Sounds like the same people that doubted the defense this year. Trust me he will be okay. First NFL game jitters and excellent special teams on the Patriots, that's all. This week he will step up and prove himself against the poor special teams in Jacksonville.
