    When Joe Nedney answered his telephone yesterday, he didn't hesitate when asked if he could spare a minute.

    ''A minute?'' he said. ''I've got six months.''

    The Titans have far less time to find Nedney's replacement after an MRI revealed the kicker suffered a torn ACL in his right knee during Sunday's 25-20 victory over the Raiders.
