    43,000?!?!?

That is awesome! I heard on WGR55 this morning that the Bills have sold OVER 43,000 Season tickets for the year. This is the most that they have sold since 1996. If we keep this up, there is no way in hell you will see Ralph or anyone else taking this team.

      Once Wilson dies, we're toast.

Unless Tommy G comes though again!

I disagree! Losing the Bills will really KILL the Western NY economy and Western NY in General. The government will do EVERYTHING in their power to keep them and so will all the business owners.

I read somewhere that Golisano's purchase of the Sabres was a prelude to him buying the Bills later-on when Ralph kicks, i.e. to show the NFL owners that he can run a pro team. I hope that's true.

If that happens, you can blame our bloated federal government and its unconstitutional and confiscatory estate tax.
Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?

While waiting for my wife outside the ladies room in the concourse at Sunday's game, I was organizing my pockets and wallet, getting myself collected. When i looked up, Ralphie boy walked right by me- within a foot- followed 3-4 feet behind by his entourage. Had I seen him coming, I would have said "Thanks for Milloy" or something stupid. But it happened so fast and i was so shocked in the 3 seconds it took me to realize what was up he was gone in the crowd.

Only problem is, if Golisano does eventually attempt to buy the Bills, under NFL rules, he'll have to sell the Sabres. The NFL doesn't allow for interest to be split between "competing" enterprises.

God help us if the Bills leave Buffalo but I think Golisano could and would buy the Bills.

Thats why he is holding onto the Sabres. He is using the team and will make them worth something so he can sell the Sabres and use some of that money to help buy the Bills.
