Need some advice

I need some advice on who to start this Sunday for a few positions.

1. Should I start Jeremy Shockey or Randy McMichael at TE

2. Should I start the Pittsburgh or Miami Defense

I think I'm going to start the Miami D seeing they play Vinnie and the Jets but as far as the TE's are concerned I'm not to sure. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated!
