Hey, be nice! Rob Johnson is my friend! Although I still think he should have called it quits after high school and stuck with the surfing.

Did anyone see the announcers ask the question:

What QB would you want in the last 2 minutes of a game that you are down?

Gannon
McNabb
McNair
Warner
Bledsoe
and I can't remember the 6th one

But they said Drew Bledsoe no doubt. I agree. He's got an awesome touch. His throw to Moulds and Shaw were perfect. I don't care that he had all day, his arm is MONEY.

It is actually Favre, and I think I would take him too. I am waiting to see if Drew can mantain this through the entire year. Either that or I am waiting for him to have his first bad game of the year and most of you ripping him apart.

I know, but I love Favre. I think he's cool as hell.

The announcer was Steve Tasker. Of course he's gonna pick a Bill.

I was never a Bret Farve fan. There's something about him that annoys me.

Right now I wouldn't take anybody over Bledsoe.

No way. he's just a little down on Talent. If he had a Moulds or Owens or Harrison, the Pack would be very strong.

Drew is doing wonderfully, I agree.

Please remember, however, that he has thrown against two weak secondaries. The Pats were not only in a daze after Lawyer left, they were missing the core of their secondary unit. The Jags, for whatever reason, put the blinders on and continued to stack the box long after Drew beat them a number of times. Given time to throw, Drew is probably the best in the league at delivering the ball. The OL has certainly provided that for him. He could have stopped to tie his shows at any give moment in the pockets the OL created for him. Neither of the opponents will be considered a powerhouse by season's end. Each would doing good to finish better than 8-8.

I will feel better after week 3 at Miami. Their secondary is decent and they have the upfront personnel to create a passrush while allowing the DBs to stay back in coverage. We'll see how it goes.

I hope Drew has learned from the errors of the past. So far, so good, but we went through this last year, too.

Well good thing we're playing the Fins! That'll be the 3rd bad secondary in 3 weeks.

Ask McNabb how bad that Pats defense is

I don't think it's that he doesn't want it, it's just that his skills are eroding...he just doesn't have it anymore. He's still an above-average QB, but not at his former level.
