I think Tom goes a little too much by won-loss record, but there's no denying that the Bills should be in everyone's top 3.
Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?

I agree yledust! I need to see the hawks beat someone before I jump on thier bandwagon. They beat the saints but I don't think they are much more than an 8-8 team.

Ind'ys win against everyones Super Bowl pick titans was impressive. Bills, KC, and Indy are the class of the AFC IMO. I am not sold on the broncos either. Not yet anyway.

IMO the first week doesn't mean much in the way of predicting, because it can go either way, more than any other week. (i.e. 2 return touchdowns winning it for the Jets last year). I agree on the Broncos ... I'm not sure there defense is a good as it used to be, but Portis can carry that team through Plummer mistakes.

And the Skins? A suspect running game, and a rookie QB does not equal 10 to me.

            Conspicuously absent--Miami, everyone's perennial pre-season favorites!
Someone said "What's he gonna turn out like?" Ha!
And someone else said "Never mind!"

Wait, wait, wait... wasnt TJ's take on the Bills Monday night (Monday night countdown) that we weren't the real deal? And that without a running game, we weren't serious contenders?

I thought that was TJ who said that last night.
