Mlive.com reports the Detroit Lions have released CB Chris Watson (back). Watson missed the entire pre-season with a back injury and had been placed on injured reserve.

i miss Watson :( ... atleast he was one guy we could pick on after a game .... we dont have one anymore.

Ya, It was fun to make fun of him. He was always the guy we could put the blame on.
