TAMPA - Leading the team in receptions during the preseason wasn't enough to secure a roster spot for Charles Lee, but an injury to Joe Jurevicius was.
The Bucs signed Lee to a one-year contract Tuesday, two days after Jurevicius suffered a torn medial collateral ligament in his right knee in the Bucs' 12-9 overtime loss to Carolina.

In another move Tuesday, the Bucs released quarterback Jim Miller, who had been on the reserve-physically unable to perform list.
