There's an article on ESPN insider about Henry and McGahee, does anyone have access to this who could see if there's any new information in the article that we haven't heard yet?

Buffalo's Travis Henry can hear Willis McGahee's footsteps. And he's not very happy about it

After reading that article I feel bad for Henry (I know, i know - suck it up)

Sounds like McGahee is really on his mind.

Spaz-

Sorry- Bro, but you can't post entire articles, especially premium material, on the boards. I had to remove it. You can post a few highlights, but that's about it.

The site could get into trouble and sued for copyright infringement.

Thanks for your understanding.

Thank God I read it before we got caught. :phew: I hope Henry wastn't thinking about that the last 2 weeks while on the field.

Now if Spaz wants to PM the article to you folks or gives you his account password at espn, I have no controll over that ;)

I just don't want what happened at Bills Asylum to happen here. I guess they did the same with Shout! articles and they came down swiftly on them. ESPN has more expensive lawyers.:x:

i can pm you the article as well. henry is definately feeling pressure.. it is definately sitting there like a cloud over his head. he needs to snap out of it and get back on his horse.. if the guy puts up 1700 yards rushing and breaks the TD record, you think they will trade him? hell no.

They might if McGahee is 100% healthy- Henry would have more trade value than McGahee due to proven performance and a favorable salary cap hit. If the Jags could get a top-10 first round pick for RJ, think of what Henry would bring?

A #1 next year AND the year after? A #1 and #3 next year?

The article would have been 2 paragraphs without all the fluff in it.

i think a better comparison would be what Ricky Williams was traded for, 2 first rounders. but i can see that sencario.. i am just worried that mcgahee will NEVER be the same back he was in college.. and we dont even know that even if he came out and was the first overall pick in the draft and never got hurt, that he would even be a good back.. and now we are talking about trading a 1500 yard pro bowl back already??

absurd

Glad to read that Im not the only one who considers Henry as good as gone during the off-season.

Why can't we keep them both? Pound Travis during quarters 1-3 and pound Willis in the 4th.. Make Drew throw 15 times a game, and win the superbowl! Its that easy!!! :)
