Anyone have the Sam Adams Sports Illustrated?

I was wondering if anyone has a copy of the Sports Illustrated where Sam Adams was on the cover. I collect the Bills covers and my mom threw it out on me by accident. I am willing to pay a little more than face value for it, too. So if any of you could help me out...it would be GREAT! :D
