    Jets hope to run against depleted Pats defense

    FOXBORO, Mass. (AP) -- The New England Patriots found their passing attack after one horrible performance. The New York Jets are still looking for their running game.

    The Jets continue that search Sunday in a town where they usually find what they want -- victories.



    They beat their AFC East rival each of the last five years in Foxboro. And the Patriots will be missing three key defenders -- injured linebackers Rosevelt Colvin and Ted Johnson and released safety Lawyer Milloy.

    "If you can take the crowd out of it, you can make it a game," Jets coach Herman Edwards said. "We've been fortunate."
