HEMPSTEAD, N.Y. - Tom Brady can spread the credit as well as he spreads the football. Just listen to him talk about the Patriots' 31-10 victory over Philadelphia on Sunday.
"We ran the ball a little bit [and] threw it pretty effectively," the New England quarterback said.
Make that a very little bit. New England rushed for only 62 yards on 30 carries against the Eagles. Even if you remove Brady's two kneeldowns for minus-2 yards, that is still less than 3 yards per carry....
