    Shockey +Dr. Sardonicus

After dropping a TD pass in the monday Dal-NYG game, Shockey's smiling and staring at his hands on the field and on the bench sure looked demented. Anyone else notice that? Wonder what the Gint players on the left and right of his locker think about the guy.

I was wondering the same thing. I know I wouldn't think it was funny.

If I were the coach I would be mad that he seemed to think it was funny. ESPECIALLY since they lost.

Shockey Pointing Finger At Himself for Poor Play

Jeremy Shockey never did make Bill Parcells "pay" for comments he made about Shockey last year as a television analyst, as the Giants tight end memorably vowed to do in a recent magazine interview.

Instead, Shockey spent 10 minutes early yesterday morning critiquing himself far more harshly than the Cowboys coach ever has.

We all know the drill by now. Big storm on the horizon. Better batten down the hatches, get the women and children to high ground, break out the flashlights and the bottled water. Hope for the best, expect the worst, and be ready for anything; because one way or another, there's going to be hell to pay.

Then ... after all the hype and the buildup and the nervous anticipation ... Hurricane Shockey drops the ball in the end zone.

Talk about the air going out of the balloon.

        All hot air?

He's young and he'll learn, but also, I guess you just have to understand his sense of humor. I'm sure it wasn't a smile as we know it, he was prolly just in shock!

I'm not crazy about his shock, but I like Shockey!
I didn't come here to fight, I hate fighting. Life is way too short to spend it on fighting! Go fight with yourself, one of you will eventually win!
