SOUTH BEND, Ind. (AP)— Carlyle Holiday smiled when told about a new T-shirt on campus. The shirt, which touts freshman quarterback Brady Quinn, reads: "The Holiday is Over. Quinn to Win."
"That's cool," Holiday said. "I probably won't wear one."
Now, after a loss to Michigan State on Saturday and Purdue up next, the bigger question is whether coach Tyrone Willingham thinks "The Holiday is Over."
Holiday, recruited as an option quarterback, has played 15 games since Willingham took over at Notre Dame and installed the West Coast offense. He has yet to show he can get the Irish offense moving....more (http://www.foxsports.com/content/view?contentId=1683848)
