Looks like we're in for a LONG lockout. But I really hope they get some kind of system in place where all teams can compete on the same financial playing field.

I concur! Revenues clearly do not support the salary levels the players want to maintain. Salary cap is needed. Hmmm.......maybe I could be the hockey cap guru as well :D

If the owners do not take charge, players prices are going to keep going up and up causing NHL approval to go down and down.
