Any opinion re Rush L. on tv with football commentary? Geeze, I forget which networks he's on but I recall the other panelists feedin' him crow after his Bills-Pats pick.

Yeah I think so too. Politics are out of the scope of this forum, of course, but his football insight isn't there IMHO.

I thought the same about Dennis Miller on MNF.

Hes not too bad, I liked Dennis Miller too

How come they've sent him off in the corner off by himself ?
I guess they won't allow him to sit with the big boys.

I listen to his radio show occasionally. I haven't seen him pontificate on football yet.

No. Enemas and the more effective and satisfying high colonics are strictly reserved for our cincy owner Mike Brown (who we affectionately call Mr. Potato Head). :shades:

He's on ESPN...haven't paid much attention to him to be honest. :idunno:

I agree with him politically so this is not a bias against him talking like a lot of the other guys in this thread so far.

I don't think he is doing that great. It may be because of the way ESPN is using him. It is weird how he sits across the room at his own desk while the other guys are all together. Then he only gets to speak when he uses 1 of his 3 "challenges" and talk all the way across the room. I think it's queer. He does not really add much to the show. I doubt he'll be back next year.

Funny but in the one and only spot I saw him in I thought he was damn entertaining.

As opposed to his radio show where I find him damn rediculous and offensive.

Quite the contrast.

I thought Dennis Miller was excellent.

Did you see the guys on the show react when he picked Houston over KC last week. What a maroon!

Funny, I thought Rush might have some unusual insight for a fan but so far he's roughly 50-50 on his picks ( he did pick the Patriots second game correctly) and the only thing I've learned from him is he thinks the players are supposed to act like professionals (yeah right,)...

as opposed to his radio show in which he is 99.9 % always right, and his predictions about one spectrum of the political scale are right on the money and his understanding of their motives is uncannily accurate.

Just like Ann Coulter, whom I'm 99.9% sure, is smarter than anyone on this board.

Since politics aren't discussed on this portion of the fan zone, some might not be aware that Miller and Hannity are thinking a lot alike these days and has even subbed for him once on Hannity's own show.

It's a good thing the truth hurts, otherwise some here wouldn't recognize it unless it hit them in the head.:shutit:
