An O Lineman came in late and gave a glancing blow to his backside- but in replay it looked like the lineman's actions were not intentional and he pulled up-

As for the incomplete, consider yourselves lucky...if they had ruled it a catch first then the TD might have counted and THEN you would have had the review.
