this team is horrible w/ penalties. The bills were the most penalized team in his first year but I thought it was due to the lack of players. His fututre with the bills looks bad.

Kelly had the the hell w/ this this attitude, "I'm getting things done myself". Drew doesn't have it in him.
Gilbride-- FIRE HIS A$$.
Why is it that the eagles can run the ball regardless of who's back there and we can't? It didn't matter if it was their 1st, 2nd, 3rd rb running they ran decently and we didn't.
How many 3rd and short did we end up throwing instead of passing? Pretty obvious we can't run. I don't think McGahee will be able to do anything even if he is fully recovered under Gilbrides system.
Gilbride's O is so predictable that even a blind man can see what's coming.
During the first half I was thinking that it would be great if we could run the no-huddle O to take away the predictability of this O. Later we ran the no-huddle and we score.
The no-huddle made Burns a huge factor all of a sudden. It's obvious that Gilbride has nothing but a passing game in his brian and when that is taken away, we have nothing left.
Even if we bounce back , I don't think we have the coaches to take us anywhere in the playoffs.
