How the heck to we stop the penalties? Do we have to start fining players who commit them?

You only can preach no penalties the players are th eone commiting them on the field.

I think the calls, league-wide, have been dubious.

I wonder if has anything to do with the ref crew shake-up after the snafu in last year's NY Giant - 49er playoff game...
