The final blame lies with GW...he is the head coach and has every right to override his OC (or DC) calls. If he doesn't have the 'nads to do it then fire him. I have said from day one that he is clueless about offense. TD forced KG on him and he resents it and has washed his hands of the offense.

Where is that trickplay thread? I wonder if anyone called throw at 3 and 1 as GW's trickplay of the game

Wash his hands? I doubt he ever soiled 'em on such "trivial" things as Offense. Wasn't his mentor Buddy Ryan?
Someone said "What's he gonna turn out like?" Ha!
And someone else said "Never mind!"

Maybe if we had a RB who could pick up a yard...

On Going Deep to TE Mark Campbell On Third and One in the Fourth Quarter

"We had a shadow route called, but they were running a fire zone at the start of the play and they didn't cover Mark. They busted the coverage. Drew saw it late and Mark took off. He was open at the beginning of the play. We waited too late to see it."

That is a BS answer. Burns and Simonton looked good out there today. You cant fault them for only having 8 carries. RW couldnt get a groove with 8 carries.

I was sick of hearing everyone say we dont have a running game now that TH is out. Guess what? If GW and KG stick to running the ball, rather than throwing it on 3rd and 1, we win this game.

Pride, you're right! We brought in Sam Gash for a reason. RUNNING the ball in short yardage situations!

Maybe if we had an O-line that actually blocked for the run.
