When WAS the last mid-season coch change?

Just wondering when the last mid-season head coach change was. After Game 4 in 2001, Bruce Coslet quit (in disgust) and was replaced by LeBeau, so I don't think that counts.

Correct me if I'm wrong but, I'm, pretty sure the last time we changed coaches in mid-season was when Levy came in...and well we all know what he did!

Dennis Green was fired before the last Vikes game last season

For the bills, It was Hank Bullough , replaced by Levy
