Per LOG request, Why didn't GW get all this Love the first 2 games.

This is wild, GW wasn't talked about at all, except for the fake punt in the first 2 games. now every one is calling for his head as though he's change philosophy since the first 2. I don't get it. The team is failing to execute and now all of a sudden it's the coaches fault, I don't buy it.

I think both team fans think that the teams are better than they are and that the only thing holding them back is the coaches. I don't buy into this, these guys get paid a lot of money to show up every week, in our case we played the same D week in and week out, the players know that D inside out. So why do they have bad weeks when they seem like they can't stop no one, then others when they the best thing since slice gravy..it's the players who make the difference..the coaches can only correct and push so far, the players have to take it to the next level..the buc D take it personally, even before Gruden got there. The Raven D even after all the loss personel and change of D coach still play with a certain swagger, it's the players like Sapp and the ravens MLB that won't let you play any less than great week in and week out. That's missing on a lot of teams.

MD in all fairness, I think the Bills and the dullphins would be better teams with better coaching staffs.

The Bucs were never close to a Superbowl under Dungy. But Gruden comes in and gets them over the hump. Staff makes a difference especially when the team is listless.

The first 2 games, both the Pats and Jags didn't show up. That's why we won. When a team shows up (fins and Eagles) we're in trouble because our coaches panic.
