I personally hate both of them, but Phillips did lead us to an 11-5 record with Flutie and a great D. 3-4

I couldn't stand Wade, but he's better than who we have now.

I'd still take GW though. We'll see how this season plays out and then make a final judgment. :hammer:

What pissed me off about Wade was that he never had that damn headset on. If your a headcoach in this league, dont you need to know what play they're doing!?!!? I hate both of them. But if I had to pick one, id pick Wade. That D was simply amazing.

I never wanted Wade in the first place, but I still don't think the Bills were justified in firing him. He is still the only Coach the Bills have ever had that NEVER HAD A LOSING SEASON!

Think about that.
