Let me begin with this....I'm not trying to be funny here...but if TD was to fire GW and hire a new Head Coach at this time how would the new "minority hiring rules" come into play?

Could he simply promote from inside or would he have to interview minority candidates?

What does everyone think of Denny Green?

Denny Green's teams seem to fade late in the year. Plus he is just as pass happy as the KG. I agree with having an offense minded coach though. There is a lot of good things on the D side of the ball including the staff, unfortunately being on the field for so long catches up to them in the 4th quarter.

I don't like any candidate mentioned by any of the monday morning QBs, monday morning coaches or monday morning GMs.
