DAVIE, Fla. -- Punter Mark Royals was released Monday by the Miami Dolphins, who brought Matt Turk back as his replacement.
Turk, who signed a one-year deal, was the Dolphins' punter in 2000 and 2001. He spent last season with the New York Jets, who released him in March after Turk averaged just 41.0 yards and netted 34.9 yards per kick -- both career lows....
