Can't really find a lot of fault with those rankings. Although I'd put the Skins ahead of Pittsburgh and Miami

I agree with a lot of your rankings, but I'd move Dallas up about 5 spots or so (I really think they could take the division) and Philly down a few - I wanna see them play more than 1 good game against a team that didn't show up before I think they're legit like last year.

As to my Dallas comment:
If Dallas, Philly, Wash, and NYG are all within a game of each other at 8-6 or 9-5 ... which coach would you pick to get your team to the playoffs?

I think Denver and Tennesee are a couple of spots too high, fins over the steelers for sure, but other than that the top 15 look pretty good. Plumber isn't going to keep them up there. And I don't think Tenn has it either.
